Fashion rules decoding
Before we started to dress ourselves there are pre determined fashion rules that governed what and when we wore things. Now as fashion has changed these rules are meant to be broken!
1 Don't wear brown and black together
When mixing brown and black be sure that the brown is rich in color and not a deep chocolate brown that could almost be mistaken for black. If your look is intentional then no one will think you changed in the dark. Wearing brown boots with a black ensemble is a great trend this fall that makes breaking this rule a good thing.

2 Match your makeup to your outfit
When choosing an eye color shade that contrasts with your outfit remember to keep your skin tone in mind. Just because you can wear a bright eye shadow doesn’t mean you should. But at least now you can stop stressing about making your makeup match your dress.

3 Don't wear white after Labor Day
Wearing white in the winter is as simple as finding warm sweaters, coats, hats and scarves in a cream or white hue. To make this a Do instead of a Don't, stay away from your summer white eyelet fabric, chiffon dresses and the like. see classic tall ugg

The latest fall fasion 2011

CURVES AHEAD
Who says sweaters can’t be sexy? Not since the ‘50s have cable knits been so suggestive. With bombshells strutting hourglass figures down the runway and Charlie’s Angel babes donning flowing camel coats, this fall covering up doesn’t mean camouflaging sex appeal. Quite the opposite. We’re loving the new demure as defined by a troupe of fashion’s most subversive visionaries. Feminine with a serious, but not obvious, edge. Here, we pick the best ways to channel your inner siren this season.

Runway: Nina Ricci
Real way: Malin Akerman
PENCIL SKIRT
Dangerous curves ahead is this season’s mantra, so the hip-hugging skirts at the likes of Nina Ricci and Dolce & Gabbana are the ultimate must-have for every working woman. At the office it can be classic and understated, but after hours a pencil skirt reveals a form that is all woman. Work one with pin heels and a bustier.
STYLE TIP: Choosing the right length is key to getting this look right. If you’re petite opt for one that hits just above the knee. Long legs need the streamlining of a slightly below the knee version.

Runway: Stella McCartney

Real way: Victoria Beckham
SWEATER GIRLS
Bulky layers of knits are par for the course during the colder months and always chic, but for a warmed up outfit with sex appeal opt for body-hugging sweaters cinched at the waist. The look began with 1950s coeds and circle skirts which have come full circle with updated versions hitting the runway this season at Stella McCartney, Prada and Marc Jacobs. Cable knits and angora have a soft sensual feel especially when holding tight around curves and instantly turn up the heat.
STYLE TIP: For the most feminine take on knitwear, opt for a more formal approach. Skirts and dresses instead of jeans and casual wear.

Runway: Chloé
SILK BLOUSE
One of the season’s sexist looks is also completely office appropriate. Fall’s must have top is the epitome of easy chic with utility details at Chloé and ‘70s flair at Rochas. Wear with a pencil skirt or menswear pant for work and getting set for after hours is a simple as undoing the top few buttons.
STYLE TIP: The elegance of a silk blouse is the perfect contrast with a worn in pair of jeans on the weekend. Try with your best pair of high-rise skinnies and heels as this top works overtime.

Runway: Givenchy
FEATHERS PLUMES
In a nod to the traditions of burlesque, marabou fluttered its way on to a number of sexy ensembles. Lanvin trimmed frocks with feathers, Gucci festooned sleeves, Marchesa covered thigh-baring minis, and Givenchy took them to a new erotic level with corsets in jet black. While the feeling is of the original flirt, feather boas have nothing on these plumes.
STYLE TIP: This look makes a dramatic statement, so for an every day take try a feathered clutch or clearance ugg boots with your LBD at cocktail hour.

Celebs and their sexy underwear

BARE NECESSITIES
About to hit the party circuit this holiday season? Bet now that you have the perfect LBD (Little Black Dress) and a good selection of festive extras you’re set to go, right? Think again. The right shoes and purse won’t mean a thing to your new party frock if you don’t start your outfit from underneath. Nothing detracts from a sexy body con dress like a VPL or exposed bra. Plus, the key to feeling confident is lasting an evening without any pulling at straps or fussing with ill-fitting tights so start every outfit with your lingerie and shape wear. Let us show you the formula to follow for each LBD style. The rest – statement accessories, killer heels and ugg outlet, hot date – is up to you.

PLUNGING NECKLINE
How low you can go might actually depend on the type of lingerie you wear. For a tummy-skimming top like Naomi Watt’s try a bodysuit or bustier with an exposed V through the front. For something a little less exposed, avoid a balconette and try a bra with a deep plunge and support from the sides. Continue a sleek line with shaping opaque tights to keep the eye drawn to your plunging neckline LBD.

BACKLESS
Wear if you dare is a common lament about the alluring backless or scoop back dress. But the latest technology in adhesive bras is making them wearable even for those of us not modeling for Victoria’s Secret. So, if you’re not built like VS Angel Miranda Kerr, we recommend a backless corset with a built in bra for added cleavage and comfort. This style costs a little more but instantly slims your silhouette and can be worn beyond party season peaking out under a blouse or belted cardigan.

STRAPLESS
Just as the fit of a strapless dress will save you from pulling your way out of wardrobe malfunctions all night, the fit of your strapless bra pairing is key. Even with a LBD with as much texture as Jennifer Hudson’s velvet Dolce & Gabbana number, the smoothing of everything from your décolletage down is important. Choose a bra with shaping properties to avoid any pinching at the armpits for a straight cut, and for a sweetheart neckline try something that boosts cleavage.

The Sexiest Fall Fashion

Runway: Christopher Kane

Real way: Blake Lively
PEEK-A-BOO LACE
Lace has that amazing ability to simultaneously cover up and reveal. The hints of skin peeking through a lace blouse at Celine or a paneled dress at Christopher Kane carry the perfect balance of vixen and lady for day or evening. Pair with streamlined basics for a chic take on the feminine classic.
STYLE TIP: Choose your undergarments carefully when wearing lace. Exposing a black bra underneath feels dated, while a skin tone underpinning is clean and modern.

Runway: Miu Miu

Real way: Dita von Teese
LADYLIKE PUMPS
The days of extreme footwear may be dwindling, but that doesn’t mean shoes are losing their appeal. A demure pointed toe heel with a feminine detail such as a bow is this season’s sculptural stiletto. Louis Vuitton and Miu Miu did them best by showing with tea-length frocks and feminine silhouettes. No longer do shoes need to shout a sexy statement. A whisper feels so much more appropriate.
STYLE TIP: Wear these with everything this season: skirt suits, cocktail dresses, cuffed jeans. Consider the ladylike pump your new go-to.

Runway: Céline

Real Way: Leighton Meester
LEATHER
It always retains that dangerous side of allure, but for fall leather took on a supremely chic feel in paper-thin basics and sexy silhouettes. The thigh high boots at Burberry and skinny trousers that littered the runways showed a traditionally subversive quality, while skirts at Prada and Céline revealed just how elegant it can be too. Either way, it’s hot.
STYLE TIP: Mix in other textures such as knits, lace or faux fur to keep up with leather’s genuine luxe quality.
Runway: Mulberry

Real way: Chloe Sevigny
ANIMAL PRINT
The print of the season is also a signature print of sexpot bombshells. A teasing touch of leopard - a saucy scarf tied around the neck or a sexy pencil skirt - has been making men go wild for years. For fall almost every designer showed the classic feline print on at least one piece: plush scarves at Dries Van Noten, sleek coats at Balmain and head-to-toe at Mulberry. Choose leopard to make your wardrobe purr.
STYLE TIP: When employing a print to amp up your sex appeal, a clean shape is key. Choose something that holds close to the body and flatters your figure without too much embellishment or fuss.

The Most Wearable Fashion Trends 2010

Runway: Dolce & Gabbana

Real way: Amber Heard
‘50S SIREN
Blame Mad Men, but there is something saucy about domesticity in the 1950s. It’s all in the whittled waist of a day dress. Louis Vuitton and Prada were at the forefront of the naughty housewife movement, while Dolce & Gabbana showed a Spanish senorita version. Cleavage required.
STYLE TIP: With so much emphasis on the womanly upper body, be sure to keep the length of your frock below the knee to maintain appropriate balance.

MINIMALISM
Call it the Philo effect. When Phoebe Philo took the reins at Céline last year, she ushered in a fresh and modern take on minimalism that changed the entire direction of fashion trends from frothy, over-the-top embellishment to simply no fuss. But unlike its 90s predecessor, the new minimalism is sexy (not strict) with luxurious silk blouses, classic A-line leather skirts and wear-it-forever camel coats. These are effortless pieces that whisper low-key cool and make getting dressed in the morning a total breeze.

LOW HEELS
Sensible shoes? Pshaw. Our footwear, like that of most fashion followers, has long been divided into two categories: sky-high and nosebleed. Well, no more. For fall, shoes came back down to earth, ranging from ladylike kitten heels at Louis Vuitton to Chloé's flat-soled brogues and loafers. Wear them with a full skirt for 50s retro flair or rock a pointy toed pump with the new cropped skinny jeans and ugg bailey button boots. Either way, this season you're on solid ground.

LONG SKIRTS
It's time to retire your micro-minis and because designers have gone long for both day and night. Demure yet dramatic skirts that skim the upper shins (Marc Jacobs at both his own label and Louis Vuitton), graze the ankles (Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren), or fall gracefully somewhere in between. And lest you be worried that you don't have the height to carry them off, have no fear: the new lengths look smashing on girls of any size and stature.

Tones yourself with MBT Shoes
MBT shoes clearance are designed to simulate walking barefoot, which helped our ancestors to walk healthier than we do. Modern humans cram their feet into all kinds of crazy, uncomfortable shoes, and we walk on unnatural surfaces. MBT returns our feet to their natural, healthier environment.

MBT shoes actually trigger and enforce the tiny muscles that cause our bodies to naturally absorb shock. The patented construction of the MBT soles features a unique sensor that causes a simulation of being on uneven ground. It causes an instability that causes the body to react with slight movements to compensate for the instability.

Thus, a "rolling" process begins. This active, natural balancing act causes our bodies to automatically exercise. As a result, muscles are strengthened and toned and posture is improved. Also, we experience less joint stress and back pain. Clearly, it's quite a workout, and the benefits are vast.

Not long after you begin wearing these shoes and utilizing the rolling technique, you notice a difference. Your knees and back feel better. Neck and shoulder tension begin to melt away. Your joints are less stressed. Your thighs and buttocks appear more toned. Perhaps you even notice a difference in your waistline. Yes, it's the shoes. When you wear them, you actually burn more calories when simply standing than you do when wearing standard shoes. Scientific research proves it.
Many top athletes credit MBT shoes for enhancing their training routines. Celebrities are also singing MBT's praises for their alleged ability to tone, reduce cellulite and assist in weight loss. Naturally, this has caused the shoes to get quite a bit of attention.
